Home / Our work
The work itself.
Before and after, on jobs we have finished. Same rooms, same light, nothing staged — because the honest version is the one worth showing.
Full kitchen refit
New cabinetry, countertops and a full repaint. Same footprint, a completely different room.
Basement bathroom
Vanity, fixtures and finishes into a room that had none of them worth keeping.
Living room, wall to wall
Luxury vinyl plank over a subfloor leveled first — which is why it still sits flat.
Staircase re-carpeted
Stripped back, re-treaded and carpeted, with the nosings finished properly.
Hardwood brought back
Sanded to bare timber and resealed rather than torn out. Cheaper, and the boards were worth saving.
Bedroom repaint
A dark accent wall taken back to a clean neutral, ceiling and trim included.
Striped feature wall
Every line laser-set and cut by hand. No tape bleed, no wandering edges.
Exterior stairs rebuilt
Rail and treads rebuilt, then painted and sealed against the winter.
Front steps recoated
Handrail repaired, treads recoated, edges cut clean where the paint meets the concrete.
Where it starts
A ceiling stain that has been quietly spreading. By the time it shows, the water has already been somewhere else first.
The dry-out
Flood cut back to sound material, air movers aimed at the framing, dehumidifier pulling gallons a day until the readings say stop.
Contained and moving
Sheeting across the doorway so the rest of the house stays out of it, and the walls opened far enough to dry properly.
Nothing photographed in that category yet — ask and we will send recent examples.
