D1 Construction Group builds and refreshes spaces across Minnesota — residential remodels, commercial build-outs, painting and punch-list handyman work, from first walkthrough to final clean.
01 / How we work
Lean crews, tidy sites, and the plan we agreed on.
We run small, consistent teams rather than rotating whoever happens to be free that week. You will recognise the people in your house on day five, and they will know what was decided on day one.
The site gets protected before work starts and swept before anyone leaves. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing up front, and you get an update every working day measured against them.
Materials are specified to survive Minnesota seasons, and the workmanship behind them is backed by a written warranty handed over at the final walkthrough.
