How fast can you come out?
Call and we will tell you honestly when we can be there. Water spreads while you wait, so call rather than emailing.
Do you deal with the insurance company?
We document the damage and the scope in writing so you can give your adjuster something clear. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
Do you do the rebuild as well as the strip-out?
Yes. That is the point — the same crew that opens the room closes it again.
Will mold come back behind the new drywall?
Not if the framing is dry before the room is closed — which is the whole point of metering. We dry to the numbers, treat anything questionable, and never seal up damp wood.
What should I do before you arrive?
Stop the water at the valve if you safely can, move what you can lift out of the wet area, and photograph everything for your claim. Leave the flooring and drywall alone — how far the water traveled tells us what has to happen next.
