What we do
Vanities and fixtures
Supplied and installed, or installed if you have already bought. Either way, set level and sealed.
Tiled showers
Waterproofed properly behind the tile. The part you never see is the part that decides how long it lasts.
Tub-to-shower conversions
The most common ask we get. The drain moves, the wet wall is rebuilt, and the room finally works.
Floors
Tile or LVP over a subfloor we have checked. In-floor heat is an easy add while everything is open.
Ventilation
A fan sized to actually clear the room, vented outside — not into the attic.
Plumbing moves
Possible, priced honestly, and usually avoidable. We will tell you when they are worth it.

Straight answers
How long does a bathroom take?
Typically six to eight weeks. Tile and fixture lead times drive it more than the labour.
Is moving the toilet expensive?
Moving anything off the wet wall means opening the floor. It is doable; it is rarely cheap. We will show you both prices.
Can you work in a basement bathroom?
Yes. Below-grade drainage has its own constraints, and we will tell you about them before you commit.
What decides the cost?
The wet wall. Keep the fixtures where they are and the budget goes into tile and fittings you can see; move them and it goes into plumbing you never will. We tell you which side of that line your plan sits on at the first visit.
It is our only bathroom. Can we still use it?
For most of the job, yes. We sequence the work so it is out of action as briefly as possible, and we tell you exactly which days those are before we start.
