Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured for residential, commercial and public work in Minnesota. Certificates are available on request, and we're happy to send them before you book.
How do estimates work?
Send the form or call. We look at the project — on site when it needs it — and come back with a clear scope, price and timeline. Estimates are free and there's no pressure attached to one.
Do you take small jobs?
Happily. Doors, drywall, caulking, hardware and punch-list items are a core part of what we do, not a favour we do reluctantly between bigger projects.
Do you handle permits?
Where the work requires a permit we build it into the scope and the schedule, pull it ourselves, and meet the inspector. It matters at resale even when it feels like paperwork now.
How long will my project take?
It depends entirely on scope — a punch list can be a morning, a full kitchen several weeks. You get a timeline up front and a daily update measured against it.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship on every job, in writing. Materials carry their manufacturers' warranties on top of that, and we'll tell you which is which before you sign.
